We collect what you give us through our contact form and email, plus standard website analytics. We use it to reply to you, do the work you've hired us for, and send invoices. We never sell your information, and we only email you marketing if you've said yes.

When we manage advertising or SEO for clients, we access data inside the client's own accounts (Google Ads, Meta, analytics platforms) - which can include information about the client's customers. We access that data only to deliver the engaged services, on the client's instructions, and it stays in the client's accounts, which the client owns and controls.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access - including access controls, two-factor authentication on our accounts, and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but if we become aware of a data breach likely to cause you serious harm, we'll notify you and the regulator as required by law. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete it.
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we'll comply unless we're legally required to keep it, e.g. tax records). Email info@sevenlegsstudio.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time, without charge.
